2. User Responsibilities & Restrictions
Users must adhere to the following:
- Provide accurate personal details while registering.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Avoid placing multiple or fake orders to disrupt the platform.
- Maintain respectful communication with service providers.
- Ensure availability at the scheduled service time.
- Payment must be completed as per the agreed terms.
- Payments must be made only to the company's official account via QR code, UPI, net banking, NEFT, or IMPS; direct payments to service providers are not allowed.
- Users are responsible for providing correct service details and accessibility.
Violating these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
- Payment can be made via online transactions or cash (if applicable).
- Refund requests will be reviewed based on service completion status.
- Cancellations may incur charges as per our cancellation policy.
- the platform is not responsible for any third-party payment gateway failures.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
- the platform acts as a mediator between users and service providers; we do not hold liability for service issues.
- Users must verify service providers' credibility before hiring.

5. Service Provider Obligations
- Must register with valid identification and business details.
- Must provide services in a professional and ethical manner.
- Must ensure transparency in pricing and service delivery.
- Should not misrepresent skills, experience, or service availability.
- Must adhere to scheduled service times and avoid unnecessary delays.
2. Payments & Commission
- Service providers will receive payments within 7 working days after job completion.
- The platform charges a 5% commission on each service provided and also offers a yearly subscription model for service providers.
- Any disputes related to payments will be resolved as per our policy.
3. Restrictions & Code of Conduct
- Service providers must collect payments from customers only through the company's official account via QR code, UPI, or net banking.
Payment should only be made to the company's official account via QR code, UPI, or net banking.

Must not engage in fraudulent activities.

Should not contact users outside the platform for personal gains.

Any form of misconduct, including harassment, will lead to account suspension. If any issue or fraud is detected, no payment will be released, and no subscription fees will be refunded. Payments must be made only to the company's official account via QR code, UPI, net banking, or NEFT; service providers should not be paid directly.
6. GENERAL TERMS & SUPPORT

User and service provider data is securely stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell or share personal information without consent.
2. Termination of Account
- the platform reserves the right to terminate any user or service provider account found violating the terms.
